Cancellation Policy
1. Services Provided: Cleaning will be preformed according to the agreed plan (one-time, weekly, biweekly, monthly) and any special requests made by the client. 2. Payment: Payment is due as agreed (before, after, or deposit + balance) using the accepted methods. 3. Cancellation Policy: Client must notify at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee. 4. Access to Property: Client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. 5. Liability: Company is not responsible for pre-existing damages. 6. Satisfaction: Company will make reasonable efforts to meet the Client's expectations. 7. Agreement Changes: Any changes to the service must be agreed upon by both parties. 8. Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
